Refund and Returns Policy

At FTW Magazine, we strive to deliver quality products, but please note that we do not accept returns under any circumstances. All sales are final once your order is placed.

If your product arrives damaged, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or replacement. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request consideration, please contact us at returns@ftwmagazine.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the damage. Our decision to issue a refund or replacement and not guaranteed but we’ll do our best to make it fair for both parties.

Merch returns (outsourced)

For items fulfilled through our partner, Printful (such as t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, stickers etc.), their return and refund policies apply. Please refer to Printful’s official policy here: Printful Returns Policy for details on how they handle such cases.
